ChillCo began its journey to full employee ownership in 2010. In December 2013, we were proud to announce that our journey was complete: ChillCo became 100% Employee-Owned and Operated! This extends our solid foundation of financial stability, management continuity and incentivised ownership to all of our employees through annual stock contributions made to the Employee Stock Ownership plan.

Since 1996, ChillCo, Inc. has been providing customer-focused, comprehensive cooling solutions to commercial facilities with central chilled water plants and industrial plants with process refrigeration systems. ChillCo is one of the largest independent companies in the Gulf South focused on large tonnage chiller plants used in existing commercial and process facilities.
ChillCo solves both the routine and the catastrophic cooling system problems. Our services include field service and repairs, rental equipment, preventive maintenance, equipment remanufacturing, customer training and consulting services.
It is our goal to keep business at work by providing customers with custom-made selections of effective, state-of-the-art technology, products and services. Quality and cost-effective solutions that meet the customer's needs are our only objectives.
